Madeleine Moss is an associate in the firm’s Litigation department and is based in the Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on intellectual property matters, including patent and trade secret disputes in federal districts courts and in 337 Investigations before the U.S International Trade Commission.

Ms. Moss received her law degree from the George Washington University Law School where she was awarded the Peter D. Rosenburg Prize in Patent and Intellectual Property Law. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California San Diego. Ms. Moss is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
