Kristopher Villarreal is a partner in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on leveraged finance transactions. Mr. Villarreal has considerable experience representing financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a broad range of financing transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, bridge loan facilities, cross‑border financings, and asset‑based credit facilities. He also has experience representing debtors and lenders in debtor‑in‑possession financings, restructurings, and workouts.
