Kelsey McQuilkin is an associate in the Litigation practice and is based in the firm's San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on a wide variety of litigation matters at the pre-trial, trial, and post-trial stages.

Ms. McQuilkin received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, in 2021 and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology, with a minor in Peace and Conflict Studies, from the University of California, Berkeley, with Distinction, in 2016. While in law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Michigan Technology Law Review and worked as a student attorney in the Federal Appellate Litigation Clinic. Ms. McQuilkin is admitted to practice law in California.
