Kelly Go is a corporate associate based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. She represents public and private companies ranging from Nasdaq/NYSE-listed companies to early-stage startups in corporate and capital markets transactions, including M&As, venture capital and private equity financings, IPOs, de-SPACs, equity and debt securities offerings, and SEC compliance. She also represents companies in IP, technology, and life sciences transactions, including patent and software licensing, research and development, manufacturing, and strategic investments.

Ms. Go received her law degree from UC Berkeley, School of Law, where she was an editor of the California Law Review and the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, a research fellow at the Korea Law Center, and a teaching assistant for the Civil Procedure course. She also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Susan Illston of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Prior to attending law school, she worked at Google focusing on policy and product development.
