Jeffrey Brum is an associate in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Jeffrey received his J.D. and Tax LL.M. from LMU Loyola Law School in 2023 and graduated first in his class. During law school, he coordinated Loyola’s involvement with the Los Angeles Mission’s Legal Clinic and was an editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from the University of Georgia in 2015. Prior to law school, Jeffrey was a transfer pricing economist at an accounting firm.
