Jason Schechter is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s San Diego office. He is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group.

Mr. Schechter earned his law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2019, where he also received a Certificate in Transnational Law and Business. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (cum laude) in 2015.

Mr. Schechter is admitted to practice law in California.
