Holly Campbell is an associate in the Investigations and White Collar Defense practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. Holly is an experienced litigator who focuses on complex high-stakes litigation, investigations, and futures and derivatives enforcement matters. She represents companies and individuals facing criminal investigations and civil enforcement matters, conducts internal investigations, and handles her clients’ most challenging and complex litigations, arbitrations, and trials.

Holly has extensive experience representing clients in investigations, examinations, enforcement actions, litigation, and regulatory matters brought by the DOJ, CFTC, SEC, FTC, CME, ICE, FINRA, and state regulatory authorities. She has also represented trading firms and individuals in disputes involving post-employment restrictions, whistleblower complaints, and trading losses and helps firms develop internal compliance programs and policies.
