Overview

Emily R. Pidot is Chair of the New York Office, the firm’s largest. Her practice is focused on defending employers in a broad array of employment matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as pay equity, wage and hour, whistleblower, and executive compensation disputes. An experienced litigator, Ms. Pidot has successfully defended clients in numerous trials and arbitration hearings, and has expertise in defending class and collective actions. She also regularly counsels clients on a variety of human resources and employee relations issues, and has extensive experience conducting and overseeing investigations into workplace disputes.
