Overview
Chandler Culwell is an associate in the Structured Credit practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on representing domestic and international banking institutions, including investment banks, commercial finance companies, direct lenders, private equity funds, and originators in all aspects of complex financings, including leveraged, specialty, asset-based, and repo transactions.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Culwell was a private equity finance associate in Miami, Florida, where she represented funds and private credit institutions in debt restructurings, LBOs, portfolio company financings and other secured credit facilities.
Ms. Culwell graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2020, where she served as the Senior Articles Editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review, and was inducted into the Society of Bar and Gavel. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and International Trade from Auburn University in 2017.
Ms. Culwell is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida. While awaiting admission to the District of Columbia Bar, she is practicing under the supervision of an attorney licensed in the District of Columbia.
