Jieming (Catherine) Zhang is an associate in the corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Francisco office.  Her practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions for public and private companies.

Ms. Zhang received her law degree, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law.  She earned the Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Business Economics, with honors, from the University of California, Los Angeles.  Ms. Zhang is admitted to practice law in California.
