Overview
Caitlin Falk is an associate in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Ms. Falk represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues, in both single-plaintiff and class-action matters.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Falk served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and a judicial extern to the Honorable Dana M. Sabraw of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
Ms. Falk received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2018, where she graduated Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as Managing Editor of the UCLA Law Review, Co-Chair of the Law Women of UCLA, a staff member of the UCLA Women's Law Journal, and a Writing Advisor.
Ms. Falk received her B.A. from the University of Southern California, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and graduated Magna Cum Laude
