Overview
Arielle David is an associate in the Corporate department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice covers a wide range of sectors such as energy, infrastructure, power, renewables, sustainable development, and transportation. Ms. David has represented lenders and sponsors in transactions involving the procurement, contracting, financing of large transportation, energy, and infrastructure projects.
Prior to working at Paul Hastings, Ms. David advised procuring authorities on leading transactions in the U.S., including public-private partnership (PPP/P3) contracts. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked for the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs in Washington, D.C., in the office of Mayor Muriel Bowser, where she supported the Office of General Counsel.
Ms. David received her law degree from Howard University School of Law, where she competed with the Charles Hamilton Houston Nation Moot Court Team and served as Co-Chair of the William B. Bryant-Luke C. Moore Invitational Moot Court Competition and President of the Women’s Law Student Association.
She is admitted to practice law in New York.
