Andrew Deas is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Houston office. He has extensive experience representing commercial banks in a multitude of significant lending financings, primarily for energy companies in the oil and gas exploration and production industry.

Mr. Deas received his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law in 2015. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Arts in German Language from Centenary College of Louisiana in 2008, and a Master of Arts in History from Brandeis University in 2009.
