Ms. Kingsley has broad transactional and advisory experience representing private equity firms, regulatory bodies and governments across a spectrum of issues relating to ESG risks, compliance and strategic opportunities.

- Advising on the application of the Industrial Emissions Directive in respect of a carbon capture and storage project in dialogue with SEPA
- Assisting with advice on special development order infrastructure including border control projects; reviewing approval applications for validity in respect of environmental impact and habitats regulations
- Conducting environmental, health and safety due diligence for KSL Capital Partners’ acquisition of a stake in The Pig Hotels group
