Alexandra (Lexi) Howerton is an associate in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Orange County office. 

Ms. Howerton received her law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2020. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Sandra S. Ikuta of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Sheri Bluebond of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. In addition, Ms. Howerton served as Managing Editor of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, summa cum laude, from Pepperdine University in 2017. Ms. Howerton is admitted to practice law in California.
