Overview
Alexander Scordino is a senior associate in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. Mr. Scordino specialises in structuring, formation, fundraising, and operation of investment funds, co-investment vehicles, and segregated mandates. He has extensive experience advising sponsors on the establishment and operation of a range of open and closed-end private funds, across a range of asset classes including credit, private equity, infrastructure, real estate and venture capital. He also has experience advising on the establishment of staff carry and co-investment schemes.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Scordino spent six years in the private funds practice of a large international “Magic Circle” firm in London and gained experience with client secondments to Macquarie Asset Management and DWS.
