Alexa Lowman is an associate in the Litigation department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, including patent and trade secret disputes in federal district court, post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and appeals to the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Ms. Lowman received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2020, where she was Articles Editor for the Virginia Journal of Law & Technology. Prior to attending law school, she was a software engineer and data analyst for a government contractor in the transportation analytics sector. Ms. Lowman received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in 2015, double majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics.
