Paul Hastings LLP advised Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Wells Fargo Securities and the other underwriters in connection with Helmerich & Payne’s $1.25 billion of senior notes offering.

Helmerich & Payne intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with the proceeds of its term loan credit facility and cash on hand, to finance the purchase for its previously announced pending acquisition of KCA Deutag International Limited, to repay KCAD’s outstanding indebtedness, and to pay related fees and expenses.
