• An operating lease for the entire property with the joint venture between Fontainebleau Development and Koch Industries
• Various agreements in connection with a $2.2 billion financing transaction with JP Morgan
• Various food, beverage, and club venue licensing agreements with celebrity chefs, restaurateurs, and liquor brands  

The Fontainebleau Las Vegas includes more than 3,600 guest rooms as well as a 150,000 square-foot casino.  The property features world-class dining, numerous high-end retailers, dining and entertainment venues, spa and fitness center, and conference and meeting space.
