MVP Holdings, Energy Spectrum and Chisholm Oil & Gas Announce Formation of STACK Oil and Gas Midstream Joint Venture, Great Salt Plains Midstream, LLC

Houston – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm served as legal counsel to MVP Holdings, LLC in the formation of Great Salt Plains Midstream, LLC (GSPM). GSPM will pursue the expansion of existing STACK crude transportation assets and the development and construction of a natural gas gathering and processing system. The scope of GSPM’s project includes a sizable acreage dedication from Chisholm’s affiliate, and planned capital expenditures in excess of $250 million.
