Paul Hastings Advises Cequel Data Centers in Acquisition of Baltimore Technology Park

San Francisco, CA -- Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Cequel Data Centers III, LLC, a data center operating company managed by an affiliate of Cequel III, LLC and owned by an affiliate of Cequel III, LLC and a consortium of private equity firms, in the acquisition of Baltimore Technology Park, a data center located in Baltimore, Maryland.

The purchase price is undisclosed. Paul Hastings also advised Cequel Data Centers III, LLC in arranging financing for the acquisition.
