Paul Hastings Expands in Germany with Addition of Leading Frankfurt Corporate & Renewable Energy/TMT Partner

Frankfurt, Germany – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that corporate and TMT partner Dr. Bernd Meyer-Witting has joined the Frankfurt office as a partner as of 1 January 2016. Dr. Meyer-Witting joins from Clifford Chance, where he was a corporate partner and head of the German TMT practice.

Dr. Meyer-Witting advises domestic and foreign corporate clients from a wide variety of sectors (particularly Telecommunications, Media & Technology, Renewable Energy and Industrials) on a broad range of legal issues, in particular on M&A, joint ventures and commercial contracts.
