Recognized Patent Litigator Joins Paul Hastings in Washington, DC

Washington, DC - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that Naveen Modi has joined the Intellectual Property practice in Washington, DC as a partner. Mr. Modi joins from Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, where he was a partner. Mr. Modi has an extensive practice representing companies in post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
