Paul Hastings was named Asia Law Firm of the Year in both the Transactions and Fund Formation categories in the Global PERE Awards. The Firm also took second place in the North American Law Firm of the Year Fund Formation category; advised Arch Capital Management on its US$306.8 million capital raising, which was awarded Asia Capital Raise of the Year ; advised Deutsche Bank in connection with Blackstone Groups £480 million acquisition of Chiswick Park, which was awarded Europe Deal of the Year; and advised Mapletree Investments on its purchase of Festival Walk in Hong Kong, which was listed as one of the top three "Asia Deals of the Year."
