The conference provides a forum for PTAB stakeholders, including practitioners, in-house counsel, and judges, to discuss case law developments, best practices, policy updates, and key trends. Daniel Zeilberger, Of Counsel in the Intellectual Property practice, will particpate on a panel titled “Effective Use of an Expert in a PTAB Trial” which will discuss the dos and don'ts for using an expert and providing expert testimony during a PTAB trial.
